Shared Topic Idea: Questing with your alts!

HI guys, First of the shared topic ideas are now bi-weekly. We wanted to share the topics more to bloggers who like to share there thoughts as 1 week seems to be too short. So we like to invite bloggers out there to participate and have fun! You can also share any idea for us to talk about.

From week March 15-28, was contributed by Dragonray of Azerothian Life its all about "Questing with your alts" more info check out @blog azeroth forums. a few bloggers already shared there thoughts. Tomorrow is the deadline so what are you waiting for? join us!

For me, Questing with my alt toons are fun. not only that you benefit from knowing what zones where to go make it a lot faster. And that using heirloom items as they are bind on account heirlooms makes the experience killing mobs far more useful than how i leveled my main toon back then.

I enjoyed leveling my alt toons, from acquiring gears to finishing quest lines and getting achievements why not? This way you also able to learn how to play your class better. But you see, now a days are a lot different you can skip questing in one area just because how fast to acquire experience now a days its not even per level, per zone idea now. Not to mention, the new promo for boosting your character to level 90, and benefit from having your professions leveled up as well if you do boost at level 60.

But in my case, I leveled and quested with my Rogue, Death Knight, Mage, and working on shaman now. I dont count my monk as she was a boosted character but she has been leveling her professions though, because i ddint got her to level 60 to boosted her so the professions part didn't count so as the flight path. But i still enjoy playing my monk and that by leveling her profession i still benefit from getting the flight paths, learning her skills and all that.

I recently did introduced all my 5 level 90s that Im proud of over at my other blog in Amerpriest blog. As that will give you an idea how they are. I know sometimes its hard to quest with alt toons, sometimes you don't even know which one first. But lately, I have been focusing on my main toon, but secondly my DK as I really enjoyed her as a Frost spec.

Questing with alt toons is like never ending if you really wanna know that. because you still catching up. One toon after one toon. you quest dailies, weeklies, normal quests from zones you didn't finish, rep grinding, But for anything just enjoy what you do and you'll be fine. Have fun like always! treat your characters like each one of them are like your main toons. Timeless isle seems to be the great place for alt toons to pick up equivalent of tier 14 gears out there so take advantage as gears you pick up are Bind on account as well.

Anyway, That's all folks. Please enjoy playing the game! Don't forget to join our bi-weekly shared topic ideas... For next week we will talk about Timeless isle idea by yourstruly. See you then! and Good luck questing with your alts!

Random Thoughts on Anime related to MMORPG

Hi guys, How' it going? I just thought to share what I've been up to lately which one of them was watching an anime during my past time. I love watching them, there's always a story and things I can learn from it which I always related to in playing World of Warcraft. I enjoy reading the manga novels as well. For all those who don't understand some of the terms i used here please read below;

  • Anime - Based on wikipedia, It's a japanese animated production usually featuring a hand-drawn or computer animation. The word is the abbreviated pronounciation of "animation in Japanese. where this term references all animation. Read more via link provided to learn more.
  • Manga - Based on wikipedia, are comics created in Japan or by Japanese creators in the Japanese language, conforming to a style developed in Japan in the late 19th century. They have a long and conplex pre-history in earlier Japanese art. Read more via link provided to learn more.

Anyway, to start of I recently been watching LOG HORIZON "The story begins when 30, 000 Japanese gamers are trapped in the fantasy online game world Elder tale. What was once a sword-and sorcery world is not the real world. The main lead Shiroe attempts to survive with his old friend Naotsugu and the beautiful assassin Akatsuki."

In my opinion it actually scared and hit me, what if my whole life playing the game becomes in reality? Have you guys thought about it? or even just dreamed about it, that your main character becomes YOU in game. pretty much this is what the anime story is all about, Log Horizon is an on going series and I can't wait to watch the next episode.

I love the main character here Shiroe, the strategist as they call him and a "Villian in glasses" also a half-alv, half-human character, he is also known as an archmage, a very powerful sorcerer as well. I also love his friends in this anime, especially the assassin really reminds me back when I was playing Ragnarok Online and one of my characters was an assassin like her.

As the story goes on in every episode of this anime, I learned a lot from Shiroe and a lot of beginners as they call them "adventurers" in game it is important that we really have to learn our skills and spells in game, how we use them, why and what? example: As my main character is Priest which skills and spells do i use when we are in a party which is way more effective so it won't drain out my Mana points. things like this is pretty much also describe in this anime I was watching.

I recommend you guys to watch the episodes it is really nice I follow and watch it via www.anime-sub.com, I also recommend watching "Fairy Tail" its awesome series you can definitely learn a lot from this anime as well. though it is just a fantasy but so as playing the game, Still you learn a lot from it. there's team work being in just a group party and so as community efforts like having a guild and realized that those who stick with you and support your ideas really makes it worth having each other through ups and downs, friendships grows and alliance.

There's actually more to it in each episode I don't want to post everything i know "spoiler alert" but instead take time maybe once you watch it share your views of what you think about the anime? Ill be glad to discuss and share my views as well with you guys. Thanks again for dropping by though this are just one of those random thoughts I share in my blog. but thought I entertained you and learned something from it. Have a blessed day!. Every now and then I will share some thoughts like this in my blog again. Don't forget to subscribe my blog! Thank you! =)

Shared Topic: Oaths

Hi Everyone, its been a while I have not post a shared topic for Blog azeroth since October of 2012, so pretty much its been more than a year. Anyway, this new shared topic idea was a great contribution by Mataoka of Sugar and Blood blog this shared topic started Jan 4, 2014 - January 10, 2014 if you haven't joined yet please visit and refer his topic through Blog Azeroth forums as well.

Here's what matty asks us: "What vows would your character say, intend, or break, and to what allegiance? Would it be to class/race/specialization, deity, or ruler? This is quite a challenging Blog Azeroth topic, however, I know you are all up to it because you are amazing writers."

I am not the greatest writer or blogger here, But I share my thoughts of mine to entertain my readers as much as I can, I may not have all the best ideas as well and what I can contribute in these shared topics will hopefully still be worth reading. I apologized in advance if my English is little off or wrong grammar and I also quit the game for a while now so I am just sharing my past experiences since I did play the game since pre-bc till pandaren expansion. I will be sharing my vows of my priest as she is the main character of mine in game.

Anyway, The vows, or what had my characters said in game has brought a lot of realization of how my character portraits, there purpose and how they handle their strength, there flexibility in game. They may not be the rulers of this world, but they are servants of there own faith. and I value each of there abilities to protect there fellow characters in game either any allegiance they may have. The quotes I am sharing as a holy priest was a broken quotes from the game itself but I managed to put them as vow to share what her purpose is. and the shadow priest vow I just made it up myself. So hopefully these are okay. Please don't hesitate to comment... Here goes!

Holy Priest
"I come to cleanse this land. Of course, I am your servant. And by the power of the light, begone! spawn of darkness. There is peace and serenity within the light. I have been choosen by the big metal hand in the sky. Is my aid required? Is someone injured? I am a holy priest that is my duty and purpose to serve the legion in this world. If you die my friend, I will resurrect you and live peacefully."

Shadow Priest
"The shadow dark form is my friend, I am still a priest to help cure the curse of this land. I will fight beside you my friend, the damage of my darkest spells can harm anyone who I encounter, I am here to protect, to serve a purpose and despite in the midst of war though i may not be the best healer but I am an ally to make a way to help and heal you and try to save anyone who i see suffering. I believed in my own strength and flexibility in battles and I can be a great service anywhere in this world."

Frustrations on Progression

Hi guys, another week for my wednesday dailies and achievements! Just thought to let you know what's up with my current guild and our progression. Since I joined Vagrants guild, it has been really great, we tease, laugh, socialize, raid together every week, run daily dungeons when we can and for me that is the kind of environment I chose to be with. No pressure at all, but like any other guild they are some ups and downs. Lately, we have been short of raiders to even form a 10 man group, it's kind of  frustrating and our current progression is really behind. As much as we want to push ourselves and do heroic it will not happen unless everyone will start logging in game and be online during raid nights.

We only raid twice a week Tue and Wed because that's the only available time people can play besides having to go to work, have children to take care of, and even going to school. That is one reason why the guild was created because they just want to raid casually. Totally understand that, but 4.2 is just around the corner with another raid dungeons coming up I don't know when we are able to explore it. Other members of the guild are starting to get really anxious to do heroics and getting really frustrated with other players not logging in to finish the normal content. The only bosses we need to progress are Nefarian and Al'akir.

My priest already downed Nefarian in 25 man when I was with Vanquish guild, the only Boss I needed to kill is Al'akir to get my Defender of Shattered World title. I hope before Patch 4.2 is released we can get these 2 bosses down. But despite the frustrations of other members knowing that we are behind on progression, we managed to level and got a guild achievement level 21, I am not giving up with this guild yet, I know there still many things we can do, and as being an officer I will try my best to help out.
Guild Level 21 Achievement
I also just purchased a domain to create an official website for the guild, because the old site was not used and officers of the guild can't access it because the site admin is not active in game to check the sites. So I decided to help out. We are currently recruiting for those who wants to join us. We raid 7pm-10pm (Central/Server Time) in Staghelm server. Classes we definitely need are Druid (Tank/Boomkin), Warlock, Death Knight (Tank), and any other class are welcome to apply. We need at least 1 of each classes at the moment to help our 10 man progression. and build a solid group to try out on heroics.

Anyway, that is all I want to share this week's dailies and achievements. I just hope for the best of the guild that soon we can kill Nefarian and Al'akir before 4.2 at least in normal mode. I know we can do it! and Hopefully we can get some new recruits that will really help on our raid attendance. Thanks for reading and Have a good one!

Poll Question Review: What do you think of the Priest Tier 12 set bonus?

Hi guys, The Poll is Ended. My Review of last week Poll Question was all about the Priest Tier 12 set bonus for Healer and Shadow 2pc and 4pc. This Poll has nothing to do with the new changes made last 2 days ago, because I didn't expect the changes coming. So I will just go ahead and tallied the votes what other priest thought about it my question. I will also post here the OLD Priest Tier 12 set bonus for both specs. and a great information shared by Oestrus of The Stories of O about the New Changes of the Priest Tier 12 set bonus check it out!

THE PRIEST TIER 12 SET BONUS WAS;
Priest (Forums / Talent Calculator / Skills/Talents) - Brought to you by MMO-CHAMPION.
  • Holy/Discipline 2 Pieces - Your Flash Heal, Heal, and Greater Heal spells cause you to regenerate 2% of your base mana every 5 sec for 15 sec.
  • Holy/Discipline 4 Pieces - You have a chance when you cast a helpful spell to summon a Cauterizing Flame. Friendly raid and party members can use the Cauterizing Flame to be instantly healed for 4625 to 5375. Lasts for 45 sec sec or 10 charges. After using the Cauterizing Flame, players cannot benefit from it again for 10 sec.
  • Shadow 2 Pieces - Your Shadowfiend deals 20% additional damage as Fire damage and its cooldown is reduced by 75 sec.
  • Shadow 4 Pieces - While you have Shadow Word: Pain, Devouring Plague, and Vampiric Touch active on the same target you gain Dark Flames, which reduces the cooldown of Mind Blast by 3 sec.

THE VOTES
  • Just Fine = Total Votes was 4 (28%) Other Priest thought the old bonus of the Priest Tier 12 set bonus was just fine for both spec healing and shadow. As a healer myself my first reaction was the regeneration of my mana by 2% is great, because using both Flash Heal and Greater Heal spells alone was expensive to use too. Heal doesn't bother me much for 2pc and 4 pc set bonus will help a lot on upcoming raids 4625 to 5375 healing is good. As a shadow, I always use my shadowfiend at the start of the fight, having 20% additional damage for 2pc helps, and the reduced cooldown that is awesome but what worries me is because its fire damage does that affect the immunity of the fire monsters? 4pc bonus for shadow is just fine.
  • Acceptable = Total Votes was 2 (10%) Other priest thought about the bonus is just acceptable. Acceptable for both specs.
  • I dont like the set bonus at all = 4 (28%) For some reason didn't expect that other Priest will thought about that the old set bonus is not good enough? probably because of the cooldowns? charges? and not enough benefits to utilize all our healing and shadow spells to be of use for gearing our priest? probably just not what they expect the set bonus would be.
  • Well Done and its perfect = 6 (68%) There is no doubt that most of the Priest who voted said that the set bonus for 2pc and 4 pc is great. No questions about it, simply put Blizzard has made the Priest set bonus great for Tier 12 on upcoming Patch 4.2. So far in my opinion I have no complains at all.

THE PRIEST TIER 12 SET BONUS CHANGES NOW;
Well 2 days ago there was a minor changes on Tier 12 for Priest 2 pc set bonus and 4 pc bonus. Didn't see it coming and conflicted my Poll Question of the week. but I will just go ahead and post the NEW Changes here and share my thoughts about it as well.
  •  Holy/Discipline Priest 2-Piece: Now also triggers from casting Prayer of Mending.
  •  Holy/Discipline Priest 4-Piece: Old bonus removed and replaced -- You have a chance when you cast a helpful spell to summon a Cauterizing Flame at the target’s location. Each second the Cauterizing Flame will heal an injured party member within 20 yards for 9250 to 10750 health. Lasts 5 seconds.
  •  Shadow Priest 2-Piece: Now requires the priest to be in Shadowform to be active.

My Initial thoughts about the changes was Hmm!? Why change? Oestrus of The Stories of O shared a great information of What she thought about the new changes check it out. The new changes have some great things though especially the 20 yards healing the injured party member for 9250 to 10750 health and for me that helps, especially when moving around and you see members injured using the Cauterizing Flame is great on 4pc set bonus. But like any other Priest out there they are also worried about stats wise will it get affected? I need to read more about the new changes for the set bonus, and for me I wouldn't worry too much about it because honestly since I only raid twice a week and getting these tier will be hard in my case. but for those raiding in 25 man Goodluck to you! Hopefully 4.2 for Priest will be great for everyone to Enjoy! Have a good one guys!

NEW POLL QUESTION OF THE WEEK;

What do you think of the new Hair styles for the upcoming 4.2? I was hoping there are changes in all classes but I am curious what other people say about it. Thanks! Please vote now it will be located just below the Featured video of the week.

-Great Hair styles
-Need more styles, IMO
-Don't Like the Hair styles at all

Dotdododotdot..dot...dot... Dotimer?

Hi guys, another day for exciting Addon review this week, As a shadow priest and being an addon junkie, I always try out some addons that will help my priest in game especially when I raid. This week I will review about Dotimer, this is an in-game mod, pretty standard and popular for all shadow priests and even other classes out there, but for some players it's just an optional mod that's okay too but to know more about it I will go ahead and explain it to detail how it works, I thank you Asheyla for making this addon, It really helps a lot of us having this mod and guys this is also ready and updated for Patch 4.1 so try it now.

What is Dotimer?
"It is a comprehensive suite for managing various things that need timing. These includes your Dots/Hots, your cooldowns, buffs/debuffs on you."
How does it work?
Dotimer accomplishes the task by breaking into sub-addons: Dotimer, Cooldowns, and PlayerAuras, respectively. A fourth sub-addons, Notifications, is also included. All four can be enabled/disabled and costumized seperately. The reason for including all of these together in one addon is for interoperability. You can costumize the timers to an extreme extent.

It is really simple to use, its functionality also fit with the timers in three categories, Standard, No Target, and Party buffs. Standard timers are timers on specific mobs. No target timers are timers that can affect multiple mobs at once or none at all, like Howl of terror. Party buffs are buffs cast on the party; you can set it up so that they get combined into a single timer so that tracking them is much easier (and less spammy onscreen). To know more about Dotimer please visit here.

In my opinion
The mod itself is very helpful for shadow priests or any class in game because we often try to keep track our debuffs, dots, and even hots on top of our interface. So avoiding looking up, having these set up maybe just below your interface beside your cast bar or top of your spell bar even eye level to where you can see it easily makes a big difference. If you don't have some kind of notification besides using Power Auras, I suggest this mod for good use not only does it give you that functionality of having timers but also helps your damage output, because honestly as a caster dps, I don't think there is an excuse to miss using your dot's and not keeping an eye of it, This is one way of  keeping track of that.

If you don't have this mod yet, I suggest you guys to try it out and Download it here. Some players may have other options similar to this in game mod that's okay too. my point of showing this review is just not to ignore your timers because it plays an important role of playing your class better. Have a good one guys!

Day 06: My Workplace & Desktop Photos

Hi guys, Today is Day 6 of My 20 days WoW Blogging Challenge over at Spellbound, and it is all about My Workplace/Desktop where I usually spend most of my day. I will just make this a quick post to show you where my desktop is. A Gaming Workplace for me is where I spend most of my time at home, It is located in a second Room in our apartment where I am surrounded with lots of Manga Books. Me and my boyfriend loves anime and reading manga. It's fun! My Desktop (PC) is where I always store all my files, photos, research papers, school files, blogging notes, internet, social networking (Facebook, TwitterMyspace), and of course playing online games including World of WarcraftStarcraft and other MMORPG's.

So this is where my desktop gaming workplace that I spent most of my time, where I play WoW, Rift, and other MMO games, I also sometimes use my pc to download music, watch videos and more... basically its one of the greatest appliances at home. Not only for games but for school and other stuff too. Anyway, To catch up with the other Days for the 20days WoW Blogging Challenge over at Spellbound Please click the links below! Thanks guys and Have a good one!

Shadow Priest Power Auras

Hi guys, I just thought to repost this power auras here from my old blog at Christine's Blog (it is now deactivated and no longer accessible). So hope this auras will still help, since Patch 4.1 was released it is still working and no  problems at all. But I advised you update the Power Auras addon itself before importing these strings. If you have not download the addon yet, I suggest doing it now. Click here. Installing and following simple steps how to import the aura string to work in game I will show you below how.

UPDATED AND STILL WORKS FOR PATCH 4.2 FIRELANDS, ANY SUGGESTIONS AND COMMENTS WRITE BELOW THANKS!!!

  1. Download the Addon Power Auras in your World of Warcraft folder > Interface > Addons
  2. Logged in game and type /powa
  3. Click Import Set
  4. Copy the strings below and Press Ctrl V to paste the strings in the Import set box (Location for your strings needs to be in Page not Global.
  5. Done! you should be able to test all the auras with the dummy, no problem. Enjoy!
Set=Page 1@Aura[1]=Version:4.9; b:0.651; g:0.7176; icon:inv_chaos_orb; buffname:empowered shadow; texture:4; alpha:1; size:1.43@Aura[2]=Version:4.9; b:0.9765; g:0.0549; icon:Spell_Holy_DivineIllumination; buffname:dark evangelism; r:0.9647; stacks:1; texture:89@Aura[3]=Version:4.9; b:0.9765; g:0.0314; icon:Spell_Holy_DivineIllumination; buffname:dark evangelism; r:0.6863; stacks:2; texture:90@Aura[4]=Version:4.9; g:0; icon:Spell_Holy_DivineIllumination; buffname:dark evangelism; r:0.7176; stacks:3; texture:91@Aura[5]=Version:4.9; g:0.0353; icon:Spell_Holy_DivineIllumination; buffname:dark evangelism; r:0.749; stacks:4; texture:92@Aura[6]=Version:4.9; b:0.8902; g:0.4706; icon:Spell_Holy_DivineIllumination; buffname:dark evangelism; stacks:5; texture:94@Aura[7]=Version:4.9; icon:spell_priest_shadoworbs; buffname:shadow orb; texture:2; size:0.96; stacks.enabled:true; stacks.y:34; stacks.x:-4@Aura[8]=Version:4.9; target:true; icon:Spell_Shadow_ShadowWordPain; buffname:pain; x:-7; bufftype:2; owntex:true; mine:true; size:0.15; y:-185; texmode:2; timer.HideLeadingZeros:true; timer.enabled:true; timer.cents:false; timer.Relative:TOP; timer.Transparent:true@Aura[9]=Version:4.9; target:true; icon:Spell_Shadow_DevouringPlague; buffname:devouring plague; x:45; bufftype:2; owntex:true; mine:true; size:0.15; y:-186; texmode:2; timer.HideLeadingZeros:true; timer.enabled:true; timer.cents:false; timer.Relative:TOP; timer.Transparent:true@Aura[10]=Version:4.9; target:true; icon:Spell_Holy_Stoicism; buffname:vampiric touch; x:-58; bufftype:2; owntex:true; mine:true; size:0.15; y:-185; texmode:2; timer.HideLeadingZeros:true; timer.enabled:true; timer.cents:false; timer.Relative:TOP; timer.Transparent:true@
For some reason though that if its not working, and you are using a non default interface (not World of Warcraft Interface), it helps that you relogged disable your interface first Test all the auras if its working or not, relogged again enable your interface and your auras should be working now. let me know if there are any problems regarding this, but so far I had been using these auras for a while now and it just works okay. I do want to give credit to Midnight who is my guild mate she helped me with these auras, i added to these strings are the timers importantly for the Empowered Shadow so I don’t have to look up under my buff interface. Anyway, hope this set string will help you in long run, share it to anyone who is playing shadow priest. Thanks guys! and Have a good one! <3

Revisited Ulduar and It was Fun!

Hi guys, Today's Dailies and Achievements... as usual I finished all the daily reputation today, including cooking, fishing except I still have to run a few dungeons, but can't really dedicate all my time today in WoW because tomorrow I have my finals at school... been studying alright! Anyway, since it is obvious with my title what achievements I gotten this week it is from Ulduar 10 man. I raided with Vagrants guild this week to help them with their guild rep. and since they are running 10 man Ulduar might as well join since I needed a few achievements to complete the Glory of the Ulduar Raider (10 player) achievement. So we managed to clear the bosses up until Yogg-Saron did a few times but it was getting late and we start to keep wiping and One Light Achievement is not a joke unless people know what they are doing. Anyway, here are some screenshot of achievements I got last night.

Still it was fun, revisiting the place bring back old memories when I used to run it in 25 mans with Eternal Sacrifice guild in Khaz Modan. We will finish the achievement on Monday hopefully I will finally get my Rusted Proto-Drake! Have a good one guys!

Screenshot by Amerence #2

Hi guys, Screenshot for the week is The Yellow Belled Marmot, As I was walking by Twilight Highlands I saw these 2 Marmot walked by. So I decided to Kill the other one, it was so cute when the other marmot came back and cry, probably because it was his bestfriend and he died! (I know I was so mean) I felt guilty ahaha! Anyway, I took a screenshot of it... From now on I swear myself not to kill another Marmot again they are just adorable! =D

Anyway, Hope you like my screenies today... Looking forward for next week.. Share it to your friends if you like and if you missed my Screenshot no. 1 here it is. Have a good one guys!

Day 2: Why you decided to start a blog?

Hey guys, Today is second day of the 20 days of WoW Blogging challenge over at Spellbound. and I am excited to share my side of story of Why I decided to start a blog? well, I can tell you that I dislike talking in trade chat, and all the trolls talking non sense, but there are some players that really talk some interesting stuff and out of curiosity, if they are talking about this things in trade chat why not try blog about what other players think about there class, spec, etc. I was also learning myself in playing the game so that encourage me to talk my game experiences to everyone. When I started blogging a lot of ideas pop in my head that I know having a blog will help me understand how to play my character better, and also to become a better raider for our guild.

I know I may not be the best blogger out there but I am learning one step at a time. Blogging is expressing what you think is relevant, just being yourself,  sharing ideas with the same interest with the community. And I was also reading a few of my favorite bloggers namely Miss Medicina, & Bob Turkey they inspired me a lot to do it! I know both of them are not active now but that didn't stop me... I moved on and still blogging until this day.

My first blog and still active is over at Christine's Blog its more a general blog and random topics posted there, and then I started this blog days ago that will focus more towards just Priest stuff, but Friday is the only day to talk about Random thoughts. I have a specific schedule for this blog to post that way I can focus more on what to talk about daily. Anyway, that is it for now I am looking forward to do Day 3 - tomorrow and that would be "Your first day playing World of Warcraft".  If you miss my other 20 days of WoW Blogging challenges please click here or check my navigation bar on top for easier access. and If your still starting to Join or curious about it check here for more details at Spellbound Blog by Saga. Have a good one guys! Thanks guys and Have a good one!

Day 1: Introducing Amerence the Priest!

Hi guys, I stumble upon Spellbound's blog and read about what she proposed the 20 days of WoW Blogging Challenge. It was interesting enough that seeing all the pingbacks and comments from other bloggers, I immediately commented without hesitation and decided to join. I like these challenges its entertaining and fun. So today, Day 1 it is all about Introducing yourself, here goes...

My name is Christine but most of my friends and family call me by my second name Wendy. My home country is  in the Philippines but I currently reside in Iowa right now, I am a healthcare provider for 5years, I am trying to finish Nursing but I think I will change course soon, health care is too much for me, my back is hurting and it's a very stressful job, I know its a very in demand career but it is not something I really like doing for long time, I am more interested in Culinary arts, and who doesn't love cooking!? well, I am anyway. and also Web designing, probably when I go back to California where my family are I will start taking classes for web designing, but well see!

Yes, I am Asian and loves to play an online game, but I am not a Gold farmer!!! lolx, before I started playing World of Warcraft, I played several pc games before like Diablo, Counterstrike, Starcraft and then a year before World of Warcraft was launched I was playing Ragnarok Online in Chaos server where I actually met and knew my boyfriend for 4yrs now (I still play Starcraft and Counterstrike, also playing Shakes & Fidget). My boyfriend and his best friend was actually the ones who push me to try and play World of Warcraft so I did, I started playing around September of 2006. My first toon that I actually created is on my boyfriend's account and I named her Henrieta, but since my boyfriend had to play his rogue Urashima, I decided to bought my own account and that is when I started playing Amerence my priest.

To know more about me, I actually just going to link you my About Me page for more details i.e guild history etc, I don't want to make this post too long and end up a wall of text afraid you might get bored. But I am glad to be one of the million subscribers of World of Warcraft MMO game. I will probably still be playing the game after 10yrs or so, don't know... but right now I am happy where I am right now currently in the best guild with friends in Staghelm server. Look forward until the next challenge for upcoming Day 2 - Why you decided to start a blog? Have a good one guys! =D

Patch 4.1 Zul'Gurub Achievement Run and Dailies!

Hello guys! another day, another post and its Wednesday that means its Dailies and Achievements today! as my usual routine I do my dailies for cooking, fishing, and Cataclysm reputation (I know I am exalted to all of them but good money is still profit!) though I also did the new Zul'Gurub daily and dungeon quests. Since it was Tuesday I ask guild if they want to run the heroic daily with the new dungeons, 2 of my guild mates wants to go, since Patch 4.1 released Live yesterday everyone are excited of the new dungeon LFG features for the new instances  Zul'Aman and Zul'Gurub.

You can also get 140 valor tokens and 353 item level gears for both reborn dungeons. but before we get excited on gears and tokens, My experience in Zul'Gurub yesterday was unbelievable!. I know I run this instance back in Burning Crusade and Wrath of Lich king and yes it was easy alright! like our pug tank yesterday said "I used to solo this place" well, its different now and its heroic! so the que for waiting other players to run the dungeon is not bad, I loved it don't have to wait freaking 30minutes just to do 1 heroic dungeon it was ridiculous then.

So far so good, we cleared the trash till first boss to make the long story short, we wiped 3times! the freaking tank can't hold aggro, and won't listen to our healer while she was explaining the fight. so we gave him a chance, and again we wiped! omg! really?! and he keeps saying "I used to solo this place" well, I think its time to change that phrase to "I can't tank this place"!? I was so pissed, so we voted him off... finally a decent tank while our healer explained the fight despite she never run the instance we one shot the boss. As we go on, we killed 2-3 bosses then. but our healer disconnected from the game and so am I, of course its Patch day! I thought at first it was just me but other did too and other players were waiting at the entrance to zone in.

Anyway, our healer still didn't log back in, we waited about 15minutes but no sign so we decided to get another healer, its a paladin! and he was kinda in a hurry things and telling us the strats so yea okay, good we have someone that knows the fight too. off to another boss, killing the mini boss for the quests too after that Bam! he left, other dpsers in the group including me saying "WTF" at the same time it was so funny! but seriously though I though he would heal better but guess not. So we qued for a healer again! Hooray its a druid! this is good.

Finally a better group, off to another boss we went to where all those little Tiki mask mob (THEY ARE ANNOYING) and guess what happen?! of course we wiped! many times too... that alone took 30minutes and we end up avoiding the area because it was buggy and the tiki guys was still following. finally we killed another boss loots drop but for most of the gears are DE'ed and Greed, I was happy I won a wand though.

The easiest boss ever was Kirilan, the cat lady. after her we went for the last boss. we wiped twice but everyone so far got the fight working especially breaking the chains, the reason we wiped because the druid keep aggroed by the shadows and of course no heals. Anyway, overall the run was sooooo lonnnnnnnggg it actually took us close to 4hours imagine 4hours! thats like full time raiding night schedule! ahaha! it was crazy but my day has ended at least I got the Heroic: Zul'Gurub Achievement! but yea even though it was very chaotic it was fun! =D

For some of you might be wondering how the boss in Zul'Gurub does, a great strategy from WoW Insider has it all! Check it out for more information. Until Tommorow guys, see you Thursday for Guild Updates! I am hoping to get a solid group for Zul'Aman tmr. too. Anyway, Have a good one!

Anyway, that is all for now. changes will vary depending if there are emergency that I have to go somewhere important, if I have school exams, if I missed posting something in a day, I will post 2 topics the next day to catch up with it. because I know besides playing the game, I also have life to care of, some of you might think I play World of Warcraft 24hrs but I am not. I am healthcare provider I take care of elderly for about 5yrs now. So that gives you an idea despite of me having a real life to take care of I will make sure I can share something to my readers and visitors about the game I play online. TIP OF THE DAY: Make sure to sell all your other mats like cloth, enchanting mats etc. because the patch is coming and the price of those mats will be lowered because they can easily be acquired on running dungeons and in new raids. Good luck!
